About The Position

Biggers Dealership is hiring an Automotive Biller. The role is responsible for billing new and used vehicles, handling license and title work, reviewing schedules, performing reconciliations, and assisting the office as needed. Biggers Mazda is a Drug Free Workplace.

Requirements

• Excellent math aptitude and attention to detail.
• 3–5 years of automotive billing experience.
• High school diploma.
• Friendly, professional phone manner.
• Fast learner who is comfortable with change and motivated to learn.
• Ability to multitask.
• Professional appearance.
• Ability to work independently.
• Pre-employment screening, including a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Bill new and used vehicles.
• Handle license and title work.
• Review schedules.
• Perform reconciliations.
• Help out in the office when needed.
