About The Position

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is hiring an Automotive Biller at Napleton Volkswagen of Sanford. The role supports the Finance Department by ensuring the correct flow of documents and accurate billing for vehicles sold. The company is a family-owned automotive dealership group affiliated with more than 25 vehicle brands and 50+ dealerships across seven states, with more than 3,500 employees nationwide.

Requirements

• Automotive billing experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old to comply with the company driving policy.
• Must be willing to undergo a background check in accordance with local laws and regulations.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with CDK is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper billing of all vehicles sold, including calculating profits and setting up receivables and liabilities.
• Calculate sales commissions.
• Reconcile Dealer Reserve statements and product submissions.
• Process payments to floor plan institutions.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies or problems.
