About The Position

As a BDC Representative, you will play a crucial role in our sales team, serving as the initial point of contact for potential customers. You will be responsible for managing and nurturing leads, conducting follow-up communications, and scheduling appointments for our sales department. This position requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a passion for delivering an outstanding car-buying experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Availability to work weekends and evenings as needed.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Dedication to providing an excellent customer experience.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with the sales team and other departments.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing including background checks and drug test.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Build rapport with potential customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Coordinate appointments for prospective buyers to visit the dealership for test drives and consultations.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups to nurture leads and guide customers through the sales process.
  • Update and maintain customer information in the dealership's CRM system.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and a smooth handover of leads.
