Requirements

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a call center environment is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections professionally.
Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and engage with potential clients to understand their needs.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team by understanding customer requirements and offering relevant information.
Follow up with customers to nurture relationships, ensure satisfaction, and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate customer information and follow up logs using CRM software.
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience from lead to sale.
Meet and exceed daily and monthly lead generation and appointment-setting goals.
Provide detailed product and promotional information to customers.
Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently, professionally, and courteously.
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
