About The Position
Euclid Chemical is currently seeking an Automation and Technical Support Technician to be responsible for managing and troubleshooting PC hardware/software, supporting dispensing equipment systems, providing remote and on-site training, and handling warehouse duties. This role requires technical knowledge in Windows PCs, industrial automation, and mechanical systems, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Windows based PCs & Networks knowledge, or experience.
- Industrial automation, electrical, and pneumatic knowledge, or experience.
- Hand, power, and measuring tools knowledge, or experience.
- Mechanical knowledge, or experience.
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and technical language normally found in equipment manuals.
Nice To Haves
- Additional certificate training in the areas of responsibility a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage, troubleshoot, and maintain PC hardware, software, and licensing.
- Maintain system documentation, specifications, and technical drawings.
- Provide remote technical support via phone and online tools.
- Train field technicians and customers on system installation, operation, and troubleshooting.
- Assist with automation, electrical, pneumatic, and control-system diagnostics.
- Support General Assembly, Inventory and Logistic activities as needed.
- Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams.
