The Store Manager is responsible for the sales and profitability of the store and directly supervises associates in a Bumper to Bumper Auto Parts retail store. This role includes management functions such as purchasing, budgeting, accounting, and personnel work, in addition to supervisory duties. The Store Manager also handles over-the-counter direct sales, takes orders in-person and by phone, and supports overall store operations through sales programs and customer/team activities. Replacement Parts, Inc. and Crow Burlingame, which includes Parts Warehouse Inc. (PWI), employs over 1,400 individuals across approximately 220 locations in twelve states, operating in the aftermarket automotive parts, paint, and heavy-duty parts business. The company celebrated 100 years of serving communities in 2019 as a privately held business.
