About The Position

NPW is seeking a Store Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of auto parts and some management experience. This position is bonus eligible and involves motivating and leading a customer-focused team. NPW is a leading independent automotive aftermarket parts distributor, founded in 1969, with over 500 employees and 50 company-owned locations across 14 states, including both stores and warehouses. The company has grown significantly through acquisitions and organic endeavors.

Requirements

• Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Excel, Word
• Ability to motivate and lead a team
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, while meeting time-sensitive deadlines
• Positive, "CAN DO" attitude!
• At least 3 years of working in the automotive industry
• One (1) plus years of management experience
• Possess strong communication skills
• Possess strong leadership skills
