Store Manager - Auto Parts Industry
About The Position
NPW is seeking a Store Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of auto parts and some management experience, and will be responsible for motivating and leading a customer-focused team. This position is bonus eligible. NPW is a leading independent automotive aftermarket parts distributor, founded in 1969. The company has over 500 employees and operates 50 company-owned locations, including stores and warehouses, across 14 states. NPW has experienced significant growth through 30 acquisitions and organic expansion.
Requirements
- Knowledge of auto parts
- Some management experience
- Self-motivated, takes initiative
- Entrepreneurial Spirit
- Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Excel, Word
- Ability to motivate and lead a team
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, while meeting time-sensitive deadlines
- Positive, "CAN DO" attitude!
- Must have at least 3 years of working in the automotive industry
- Must have one (1) plus years of management experience
- Possess strong communication and leadership skills

- awareness of market trends in the automotive aftermarket, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing
