Requirements

• Leadership experience (retail, automotive, or similar)
• Strong customer service mindset
• Ability to coach, motivate, and hold a team accountable
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Solid communication and problem-solving skills
• Sales-driven with a focus on results
• High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
• 2+ years of leadership experience
• 1+ year in sales or auto parts (preferred)
• Key holder experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
• Comfortable using POS systems & Microsoft Office
• Active role: standing, walking, lifting (up to 40 lbs)
• Indoor & outdoor work conditions
• Fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Full-Time
• 45 hours/week (expected)

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and support the Store Manager
• Deliver top-tier customer service (retail + commercial)
• Coach, train, and develop team members
• Help drive sales growth and profitability
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and urgency
• Maintain store standards, merchandising, and inventory accuracy
• Support hiring, scheduling, and performance management
• Step in as acting Store Manager when needed
