The Store Manager is responsible for sales and profitability of the store and directly supervises associates in a Bumper to Bumper Auto Parts retail store. Duties include management functions, such as purchasing, budgeting, accounting, and personnel work, in addition to supervisory duties. The Store Manager also provides over-the-counter direct sales to customers, takes orders in-person and by phone, and supports the overall success of store operations through promotion of sales programs and other customer and team-related activities. Replacement Parts, Inc. and Crow Burlingame, which includes Parts Warehouse Inc. (PWI), employs more than 1,400 employees across approximately 220 locations in twelve states, operating in the aftermarket automotive parts, paint, and heavy-duty parts business.
