About The Position

Caliber Fleet Solutions is hiring an Auto Parts Coordinator for its Service Center Fleet in Chicago. The coordinator inspects, verifies, and distributes parts to workstations, confirming their arrival and accuracy with Body Technicians. The role follows Caliber and OEM guidelines and uses state-of-the-art equipment. The position pays up to $24.00 per hour, with weekly pay and eligibility for overtime. Employees accrue paid vacation and holidays beginning on day one and have access to career growth opportunities, including promotion from within and hands-on experience in a production shop.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience completing orders; vendor management experience is preferred.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under the company's insurance policy.
Must pass pre-employment screenings, including background, criminal, and motor vehicle record checks.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.
Ability to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 pounds.
Ability to understand written and verbal instructions, written estimates, and work orders.
Ability to prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
