About The Position

Caliber Fleet Solutions is hiring an Auto Parts Coordinator for its Chicago Fleet service center. The coordinator inspects, verifies, and distributes parts to workstations, and confirms parts arrival and accuracy with body technicians. The role follows Caliber and OEM guidelines and uses state-of-the-art equipment. The position offers pay up to $24.00 per hour.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience completing orders; vendor management experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under the company's insurance policy.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings, including background, criminal, and motor vehicle record checks.
• Must be able to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 pounds.
• Must understand written and verbal instructions, written estimates, and work orders.
• Must be able to prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.
