About The Position

Caliber Collision is hiring an Auto Parts Coordinator for its service center in Bethlehem. The role involves inspecting, verifying, and distributing parts to workstations, as well as confirming parts arrival and accuracy with Body Technicians. The coordinator follows Caliber and OEM standards and guidelines while using state-of-the-art equipment. The position includes hands-on experience in a production shop and opportunities for career growth, including promotion from within. Requirements

At least 1 year of experience completing orders; vendor management experience is preferred.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under the company insurance policy.
Able to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
Able to understand written and verbal instructions.
Able to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders.
Able to prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.
