About The Position

At AAA, Team Members deliver service and help Members overcome roadblocks. The organization aims to create lifelong Members by encouraging the innovative spirit of its Team Members. This representative manages auto glass customer calls and service processes, coordinates with customers, insurance agencies, technicians, the auto glass team, and suppliers, and processes invoices using glass management software. The role is primarily office-based, with approximately 98% of time spent using a video display terminal.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• 1–3 years of experience.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience in auto glass or a comparable industry.
• Excellent communication with the auto glass team.
• Ability to develop familiarity with department software and troubleshoot service, parts, vendor, and customer issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage auto glass call volume and follow proper processes and procedures to provide efficient, courteous, and professional service.
• Gather required information and work with customers’ insurance agencies.
• Process invoices for payment through glass management software and verify invoice accuracy.
• Work with the auto glass team and suppliers to troubleshoot issues.
• Order glass and parts for jobs, create technician work schedules for booked jobs, and dispatch work to technicians.
• Maintain excellent communication with the auto glass team.
• Develop familiarity with department software.
• Troubleshoot issues involving service, parts, vendors, and customers.
• Stay up to date on changes in the auto glass industry that influence the business.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
