Auto Glass Technician
About The Position
Speedy Glass is hiring an Auto Glass Technician to work at its Tacoma, Federal Way, or Gig Harbor store. The role involves repairing and replacing auto glass, performing ADAS recalibration when needed after windshield replacements, maintaining regulatory compliance, handling inventory, and providing exceptional customer service. The position offers a starting pay range of $26.50–$30.00 per hour, depending on experience, with bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package. Requirements
- At least 1 year of auto glass repair and replacement experience.
- A valid driver's license without restrictions.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
- Ability to stand and bend and remain on one's feet for long periods.
Responsibilities
- Repair and replace auto glass using approved methods, tools, and techniques.
- Perform ADAS recalibration as needed after windshield replacements.
- Ensure equipment, materials, and areas of operation comply with all regulations and requirements.
- Ship and receive inventory and examine received inventory for quality control.
- Provide exceptional customer service to every guest.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
