Requirements

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Knowledge of frame and structural repair, including pulling, straightening, and squaring vehicle structures.
• Commitment to completing repairs correctly the first time, with attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Team-first attitude and ability to collaborate with coworkers.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without restrictions.

Nice To Haves

• I-CAR certifications.
• ASE certifications.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute precise repairs without shortcuts.
• Perform full collision repairs, from fender-bender repairs to frame rebuilds.
• Repair panels and structural components to restore them to factory specifications.
• Reassemble vehicles with attention to fit and finish.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move repairs through the center.
• Maintain a safe and tidy work area.
