About The Position

Caliber is hiring an Auto Body Technician at its Fuquay-Varina Service Center. The technician performs collision repairs, from fender repairs to frame rebuilds, using modern equipment and industry-leading products. The role emphasizes accurate blueprinting, repairs completed correctly the first time, factory-spec structural work, quality reassembly, teamwork, and maintaining a safe, tidy work area.

The position offers a flag rate of up to $20–$30, paid weekly, with unlimited work. Caliber also describes career-growth opportunities and training for I-CAR and ASE certifications. Benefits begin on day one, and paid time off starts accruing on the first day.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience repairing collision-damaged vehicles.
• Knowledge of frame and structural repair, including pulling, straightening, and squaring components.
• Commitment to blueprinting repairs and fixing them right the first time.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Team-first attitude and ability to collaborate with coworkers.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and complete precise collision repairs without guesswork or shortcuts.
