About The Position

Caliber is hiring an Auto Body Technician at its Service Center in Monument. The technician performs collision repairs, including full collision repair, frame and structural work, panel repair, and quality reassembly. The role emphasizes accurate, blueprint-based repairs, attention to detail, safety, and teamwork with painters, estimators, and front-office staff. Technicians use modern equipment and industry products and are expected to keep their work area clean and safe.

Requirements

At least two years of collision repair experience.
Knowledge of frame and structural repair, including pulling, straightening, and squaring vehicles.
Commitment to blueprinting repairs and fixing them right the first time.
Strong attention to detail, including bolts, welds, and repair quality.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Team-first attitude and ability to collaborate with coworkers.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Nice To Haves

I-CAR certification.
ASE certification.

Responsibilities

Blueprint repairs and complete precise collision repairs without shortcuts.
Perform full collision repairs, from fender damage to frame rebuilds.
Repair panels and structural components to factory specifications.
Reassemble vehicles with attention to fit and finish.
Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front-office staff to move work through the center.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
