About The Position

Caliber is hiring an Auto Body Technician at its Service Center in Los Banos. The technician performs collision repairs ranging from fender repairs to frame rebuilds, restoring panels and structural components to factory specifications and completing quality reassembly. The role requires precise, safety-conscious work and close collaboration with painters, estimators, and front office staff. Caliber offers competitive pay with a flag rate of up to $23–$28, paid weekly, along with career growth opportunities, training, and benefits available from day one. Training support includes I-CAR and ASE certifications. The position includes paid time off that begins accruing on the first day and six company-wide holidays each year.

Requirements

At least two years of experience repairing collision-damaged vehicles.
Frame and structural repair knowledge, including pulling, straightening, and squaring components.
Ability to blueprint repairs and complete them correctly without shortcuts.
Strong attention to detail, including bolts and welds.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Team-first attitude and ability to collaborate with colleagues.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.
