About The Position

Caliber is hiring an Auto Body Technician for its Service Center El Paso – IH-10. The technician performs collision repairs, from fender damage to frame rebuilds, and restores panels and structural components to factory specifications. The role involves careful repair planning and execution, quality reassembly, and collaboration with painters, estimators, and front office staff. The technician is expected to maintain a clean and safe work area.

The position offers a flag rate of up to $20–$30, paid weekly, with unlimited work. Requirements

• At least two years of experience repairing collision-damaged vehicles.
• Knowledge of frame and structural repair, including pulling, straightening, and squaring components.
• Commitment to following repair plans and completing repairs correctly without shortcuts.
• Strong attention to detail, including bolts and welds.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Team-first attitude and ability to collaborate with coworkers.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and perform precise collision repairs.
• Complete full collision repair, from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
