About The Position

Caliber is hiring an Auto Body Technician at its Service Center Omaha - G St. The technician performs collision repairs, including frame and structural work, panel repairs, and quality reassembly. The role emphasizes precise, first-time repairs, safe and tidy work practices, and collaboration with painters, estimators, and front-office staff. Requirements

• At least two years of experience repairing collision-damaged vehicles.
• Knowledge of frame and structural repair, including pulling, straightening, and squaring components.
• Commitment to following repair procedures and completing repairs correctly the first time.
• Strong attention to detail, including with bolts and welds.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Team-first attitude and ability to collaborate with coworkers.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and perform precise collision repairs.
• Perform full collision repairs, from fender-bender repairs to frame rebuilds.
• Repair panels and structural components to factory specifications.
• Reassemble vehicles with attention to fit and finish.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front-office staff to move vehicles through the repair process.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
