About The Position

Caliber is hiring an Auto Body Technician at its Service Center on Willowdale Drive in Frederick. The technician performs collision repairs, from minor damage to frame rebuilds, and restores panels and structural components to factory specifications. The role involves blueprinting and carrying out precise repairs, quality reassembly, and maintaining a clean and safe work area while collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience repairing damaged vehicles.
• Knowledge of frame and structural repair, including pulling, straightening, and squaring.
• Commitment to completing repairs correctly without shortcuts.
• Attention to detail, including with bolts and welds.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude and ability to collaborate with colleagues.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute precise collision repairs.
• Perform full collision repairs, from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Repair panels and structural components to factory specifications.
• Reassemble vehicles with attention to fit and finish.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff as part of a team.
• Keep the work area clean, safe, and tidy.
