About The Position

The technician performs collision repairs, including blueprinting repairs, full collision repair, panel and structural work, and quality reassembly. Requirements

At least two years of experience repairing damaged vehicles.
Knowledge of frame and structural repairs, including pulling, straightening, and squaring.
Commitment to completing repairs correctly the first time.
Strong attention to detail, including bolts and welds.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Team-first attitude and ability to collaborate with colleagues.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Nice To Haves

I-CAR certifications.
ASE certifications.

Responsibilities

Blueprint repairs and complete them accurately without shortcuts.
Perform full collision repairs, from fender-bender repairs to frame rebuilds.
Repair panels and vehicle structures to factory specifications.
Reassemble vehicles with attention to fit and finish.
Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move work through the center.
Keep the work area safe and tidy.
