About The Position

Caliber is hiring an Auto Body Technician at its Naperville service center. The technician performs collision repairs, including blueprinting, full collision repair, frame rebuilding, panel and structural work, and quality reassembly to factory specifications. The role involves working with modern equipment and industry-leading gear, collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff, and maintaining a safe and tidy work area. Requirements

At least two years of experience repairing vehicles after collisions.
Knowledge of frame and structural repair, including pulling, straightening, and squaring components.
Commitment to blueprinting repairs and fixing them right the first time.
Strong attention to detail, including careful tightening of bolts and quality welds.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Team-first attitude and ability to collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

I-CAR certifications.
ASE certifications.

Responsibilities

Blueprint repairs and carry out precise work without shortcuts.
Perform full collision repairs, from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
Repair panels and structural components to restore them to factory specifications.
Reassemble vehicles with attention to fit and finish.
Collaborate with teammates to move vehicles through the repair process.
Keep the work location safe and tidy.
