About The Position

Caliber is hiring an Auto Body Technician at its Sacramento - University service center. The technician performs collision repairs, including blueprinting repairs, repairing panels and structural components, rebuilding frames, and reassembling vehicles to meet factory specifications. The role requires careful, accurate work, attention to safety and cleanliness, and collaboration with painters, estimators, and front office staff. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without restrictions.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience repairing collision-damaged vehicles.
• Knowledge of frame and structural repair, including pulling, straightening, and squaring components.
• Commitment to blueprinting repairs and completing them correctly the first time.
• Strong attention to detail, including careful fastening and welding.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Team-first attitude and ability to collaborate with colleagues.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without restrictions.

Nice To Haves

• I-CAR certifications.
• ASE certifications.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint repairs and complete them accurately without shortcuts.
• Perform full collision repairs, from minor damage to frame rebuilds.
• Repair panels and structural components to factory specifications.
• Reassemble vehicles with attention to fit and finish.
• Work collaboratively with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a safe and tidy work location.
