About The Position

Caliber is hiring an Auto Body Technician at its Greenwood Village service center. The technician performs collision repairs, including full collision repair, frame and structural work, panel repair, and reassembly. Work is completed with attention to repair quality, factory specifications, safety, and a clean work area. The role involves collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience repairing vehicles after collisions.
• Knowledge of frame and structural repair, including pulling, straightening, and squaring components.
• Commitment to completing repairs correctly the first time.
• Attention to detail in tasks such as tightening bolts and completing welds.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work collaboratively with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Nice To Haves

• I-CAR training or certification.
• ASE certification.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint repairs and complete them accurately without shortcuts.
• Perform full collision repairs, from minor fender damage to frame rebuilds.
• Repair panels and structural components to factory specifications.
• Reassemble vehicles with attention to fit and finish.
• Collaborate with team members to move vehicles through the repair process.
• Keep the work area safe and tidy.
