About The Position

Carvana is hiring an experienced Auto Body Repair Technician with at least 3 years of professional automotive bodywork experience. The technician performs bodywork on multiple vehicle panels, including heavy plastic welding, minor metal pulling, roof and rocker panel repair, and large-area heavy bodywork such as Bondo repair. The position is based in one of Carvana’s high-tech vehicle Inspection Centers, where vehicles are inspected and reconditioned before being photographed and listed for sale. Requirements

At least 3 years of professional automotive bodywork experience.
Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
At least 18 years of age.
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing production environment and sometimes be exposed to excessive heat or cold.
Use required safety equipment, which may include a face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, a mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Pass a complete background check.
