About The Position

Carvana is seeking an experienced auto body repair technician to perform bodywork on multiple vehicle panels at one of its high-tech Inspection Centers. The work includes heavy plastic welding, minor metal pulling, roof and rocker panel repair, and large-area, heavy bodywork, including Bondo repair. The role is part of Carvana’s vehicle reconditioning process, preparing vehicles for customers. The company offers training programs for entry-level employees to help their skills and pay progress.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional automotive bodywork experience.
• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Possess a valid driver’s license; some positions may require an Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing production environment, sometimes exposed to excessive heat or cold.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must pass a complete background check.
