About The Position

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is hiring an Autism Aide to support students with diverse learning and behavioral needs in school-based settings. The role involves helping children develop communication, social, and life skills through play, games, and evidence-based strategies. The aide follows personalized plans designed by clinical leaders and supports students in special and general education settings. Sessions may take place at a child’s home, a CSD center, or in the community, and the work is described as flexible and varied. Prior experience is not required; CSD provides paid training and ongoing support, coaching, and career pathways. Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Availability Monday through Friday from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Proof of MMR and Varicella vaccinations.
Reliable transportation.
Comfort working with diverse populations.
Willingness to complete training and documentation.
Ability to frequently sit and stand and keep pace with the client.
Enjoy working with children and making a difference.
Patient, dependable, and compassionate.
Clear communication and ability to work well as part of a team.
Ability to thrive in structured, school-based environments.

Responsibilities

Use play, games, and evidence-based strategies to help children build communication, social, and life skills.
