About The Position

Crowe is experiencing tremendous growth and is seeking future leaders for its Audit & Assurance team. This role offers a partner career path and significant growth opportunities. The Audit & Assurance team provides traditional attestation services, as well as accounting and consulting on applying accounting principles. Professionals in this team demonstrate deep specialization, understanding market and business challenges clients face, and are dedicated to audit quality. This is one of Crowe's largest practices. The position offers full-time or seasonal work arrangement options and is described as #LI-Hybrid and #LI-Onsite.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of recent and relevant public accounting external audit experience.
  • Experience in external audit working with Food & Commodities, Metals, Supply Chain, Cannabis, Healthcare, Technology Media Telecommunications, Consumer Markets, Life Sciences, Real Estate & Construction, & Manufacturing clients.
  • Organization, communication, technical, time management, and accounting and auditing skills.
  • Ability to interact with clients, prospects, all levels of staff, and colleagues in a professional fashion.
  • Ability to multi-task since planning, executing, and wrapping up various engagements may have to be performed concurrently.
  • Experience supervising engagement team members and instructing them on completing assigned task.
  • Must be a licensed CPA in your aligned home office state or be able to acquire a reciprocal one for that state.
  • Ability to work additional hours as needed.
  • Ability to travel to various client sites.
