About The Position

Crowe is experiencing significant growth and is seeking future leaders for its Audit & Assurance team. This role offers a partner career path and growth opportunities within a team that provides traditional attestation services, as well as accounting and consulting on applying accounting principles. Audit & Assurance professionals are expected to demonstrate deep specialization, understand market and business challenges, and be dedicated to audit quality. This specific opportunity is for full-time or seasonal work arrangements and focuses on professionals with experience in Commercial Services industry verticals. As an Audit Manager, you will lead teams, gain deep industry insight, grow client relationships, and utilize firm resources and leadership support.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recent and relevant public accounting external audit experience.
  • Experience in external audit working with Energy, Oil & Gas, Food & Commodities, Metals, Supply Chain, Cannabis, Healthcare, Technology Media Telecommunications, Consumer Markets, Life Sciences, Real Estate & Construction, & Manufacturing clients.
  • Organization, communication, technical, time management, and accounting and auditing skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently with clients and adequately work on multiple engagements and teams.
  • Ability to interact with clients, prospects, all levels of staff, and colleagues in a professional fashion.
  • Ability to multi-task since planning, executing, and wrapping up various engagements may have to be performed concurrently.
  • Experience supervising engagement team members and instructing them on completing assigned task.
  • Must be a licensed CPA in your aligned home office state or be able to acquire a reciprocal one for that state.
  • Ability to work additional hours as needed.
  • Ability to travel to various client sites.

  • Responsibility of client relationships with a variety of clients to build positive relationships.
  • Leading multiple teams and providing performance feedback to all members of those teams when engagements end.
  • Anticipating and addressing client concerns and resolving problems as they arise.
  • Promoting new ideas and business solutions that result in extended services to existing clients.
  • Continue learning the latest developments and the firm's standards and policies.
  • Staying on top of industry developments and their effects on client's competitive position.
