We're looking for an AV Detailer who can turn big ideas into buildable realities. In this role, you'll transform creative concepts into precise technical drawings and production documentation that make complex AV experiences possible. Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in AV integration, exhibit detailing, technical drafting, or a related field
• Strong AutoCAD skills; Vectorworks experience preferred
• Understanding of AV systems, rigging, power distribution, fabrication methods, and technical documentation
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• A collaborative mindset and passion for bringing innovative experiences to life

Responsibilities

• Create detailed, production-ready Vectorworks drawings for live events, exhibits, and AV installations
• Develop technical plans, including floor plans, rigging plots, system layouts, lighting plots, and video/LED designs
• Design and document audio, video, lighting, power, and signal-flow systems
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, estimators, and AV technicians to ensure concepts are feasible, efficient, and installation-ready
• Support projects from concept through fabrication, staging, and final installation
