The Audience & Membership Manager supports the growth, engagement, and retention of Snap Studios’ audience across audio, video, and digital platforms. This role is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Snap Judgment PLUS and Spooked PLUS, including subscriber onboarding, benefits delivery, renewals, and retention workflows, while helping drive membership acquisition and revenue. The Manager contributes to Snap Studios’ expansion into YouTube and other emerging platforms by supporting content publishing, coordinating workflows, and implementing platform-specific strategies that bring audio storytelling into a video-first environment. They also help manage Snap’s digital presence across social media, email, and web, executing audience engagement strategies that reflect the voice and values of the shows. Working closely with editorial, production, and creative teams, this role ensures audience and membership considerations are integrated into content planning and promotion. The Audience & Membership Manager is both detail-oriented and proactive, using data to inform decisions, improve performance, and support the execution of initiatives that deepen audience relationships and contribute to sustainable growth.
