Requirements
- Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction
- Past experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager or Service Consultant is a must
- Above average energy level
- A desire for a long term career with a growing organization
- Personal and professional integrity

- ADP computer experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Greeting customers, listening to their concerns about their vehicle, and gathering information about the issue.
- Performing a basic visual inspection of the vehicle to identify potential problems.
- Consulting with technicians to diagnose issues, explain repair options to customers, and providing cost estimates.
- Preparing detailed repair orders outlining the necessary work, parts, and estimated costs.
- Clearly communicating customer needs and concerns to the service technicians.
- Keeping customers informed about the progress of their repairs and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Up-selling additional services or maintenance packages as needed.
- Booking future service appointments for customers.
- Handling customer complaints and working to resolve issues.
- Keeping accurate customer and vehicle service history records.
