About The Position

Audi Pembroke Pines is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join Holman. The Service Advisor maintains clear communication between the service department and clients, keeping clients informed about vehicle status and necessary services. The position requires exceptional customer service skills and the ability to manage client expectations throughout the service process. The role offers competitive wages commensurate with job-related skills, experience, education or training, and geographic location. It is commission eligible, with stated average earnings of $3,000–$10,000 per month and earning potential based on personal performance.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Service Advisor.
High school diploma and/or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Strong reading, writing, and math skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service.
Ability to work flexible retail hours.
Proficiency with computers and basic office software.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and professionally, ensuring an efficient and courteous service experience.
Assess customer needs and determine the appropriate course of action, obtaining approval for recommended services.
Provide customers with accurate service estimates, including cost and time of completion.
Communicate necessary repairs and maintenance clearly to customers and offer recommendations for additional services when applicable.
Maintain knowledge of warranty coverage, service policies, and insurance processes.
Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles and provide updates as needed.
Schedule appointments and handle incoming calls promptly and professionally.
Attend and complete required training sessions and department meetings.
