About The Position

Delta Imports is hiring a full-time, onsite Audi Brand Specialist in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The role represents the Audi luxury brand and provides customers with an engaging, customer-focused experience. The specialist helps customers explore Audi vehicles, understand their features, and navigate the sales process from initial contact through closing. The position works with a team in a dynamic environment and includes daily briefings, ongoing product learning, and keeping informed about industry trends.

Requirements

• Prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience.
• Remarkable communication and customer service skills.
• A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
• A valid driver’s license.
