About The Position

Audi Nashville, part of the Sonic Automotive family of dealerships, is hiring mechanics with experience across all brands. The dealership offers flat-rate pay, with the opportunity to earn in the mid-$40s per hour, production bonuses of up to $3 per hour, and a tenure/longevity bonus of up to $3.50 per hour beginning six months after hire. The listed hourly compensation range is $25–$49, based on experience. Relocation and sign-on bonuses are available. The role calls for high customer satisfaction, relevant training, a valid driver’s license and safe work practices.

Requirements

• High CSI is a must.
• ASE certification or manufacturer training.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Manual dexterity.
• Good judgment.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to perform duties and responsibilities safely.
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, an MVR check, and a drug test; must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanic duties safely.
• Demonstrate high customer satisfaction (CSI).
