About The Position

Delta Imports is hiring a full-time, onsite Audi Brand Specialist in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The role represents the Audi brand and provides customers with an exceptional experience in a dynamic automotive sales environment. The specialist engages with customers to understand their needs, presents Audi vehicles and their features, conducts product demonstrations and test drives, and manages the sales process from initial contact through closing. The specialist collaborates with the team in daily briefings, stays current on product knowledge and industry trends, and helps customers make informed decisions. The schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with one designated weekday off.

Requirements

Prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience.
Remarkable communication and customer service skills.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
Valid driver's license.
