This role involves preparing, presenting, and maintaining complimentary breakfast and/or evening reception, ensuring cleanliness and readiness of service areas, and providing friendly, professional guest service. The position also includes light food preparation, restocking, bussing tables, supporting bar/service areas, and adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Teamwork, communication, and adherence to company policies are essential.

Requirements

Great attitude and love for teamwork.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs during your shift.
Flexible availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or willingness to obtain within 60 days).

Nice To Haves

Restaurant, customer service, or cashier experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare, present, and maintain complimentary breakfast and/or evening reception.
Keep buffets, service areas, tables, and equipment clean, stocked, and guest-ready.
Greet guests with a friendly, helpful attitude and handle questions or concerns quickly and professionally.
Assist with light food prep, restocking, bussing tables, or supporting bar/service areas.
Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
Monitor food quality, proper storage, and temperature standards.
Work as part of a team to ensure smooth service.
Communicate key updates during shift changes.
Follow all safety, security, and company policies, and report any issues.
