About The Position
Rock Valley Physical Therapy is seeking a Full-Time High School Athletic Trainer in Cedar Rapids, IA to provide high-quality athletic training services, support injury prevention initiatives, assess and treat athletic injuries, and assist with conditioning programs. The ideal candidate is a motivated professional with strong clinical judgment, leadership skills, and a commitment to helping athletes perform at their best.
Requirements
- Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC)
- Eligible for licensure in the State of Iowa
- Demonstrated experience in injury prevention
- Demonstrated experience in injury assessment and treatment of athletes
- Demonstrated experience in developing customized treatment plans and making appropriate recommendations for athlete care
- Demonstrated experience in designing rehab and training programs for athletes
- Demonstrated experience in collaborating with Physical and Occupational Therapy services for return to sport as needed
