About The Position

Work-Fit, an Alliance Physical Therapy Partners company, is seeking a Certified Athletic Trainer to provide injury prevention and intervention services in an industrial setting. The staff model includes Symptom Intervention (SI), job conditioning, work-site visits, and other prevention services. The position is part of a rapidly expanding team of Athletic Trainers and Exercise Professionals delivering programming intended to make a difference in people’s lives. The role offers a 40-hour work week with no weekends, competitive pay with incentive compensation, and the opportunity to prevent injuries, engage employees in an occupational environment, and lead, develop, and grow professionally. The hourly pay range is $26.44–$28.85. The location is Lansing, Michigan.

Requirements

Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC).
Licensed as an Athletic Trainer in the state or eligible for licensure.
Exceptional ability to engage employees in an occupational environment.
Skilled communicator and motivator who works well as part of a team.
Ability to focus, organize, and prioritize delivery of services.
Natural leadership ability and willingness to think outside of their comfort zone.
Competency with Microsoft Office software.
