About The Position
The Athletic Trainer will support the health and safety of campers participating in summer basketball activities. Working closely with coaches and camp staff, the trainer will monitor athletes’ physical condition, respond to injuries, and provide basic treatment as needed.
Requirements
- Candidates must all be certified athletic trainers
Responsibilities
- Monitor campers during all basketball activities to help prevent injuries
- Ensure campers are following hydration, stretching, and recovery routines
- Monitor environmental conditions (heat, humidity, etc) and advise staff on precautions
- Keep clear records of incidents and treatments provided
