About The Position

The ATF Compliance Assistant supports the compliance and fulfillment departments with inventory control, order processing, and records management. The role involves handling firearms, maintaining the electronic bound book in accordance with ATF regulations, and supporting internal audits and error reduction. Candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds, be comfortable handling firearms, and have a working knowledge of MS Office and Excel. Candidates who accept an offer must pass a background check and drug screen and meet ATF requirements for firearm possession.

This is a first-shift position, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with overtime as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Comfort handling firearms.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
• Pass a background check and drug screen after accepting an offer of employment.
• Meet ATF requirements for firearm possession.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and dispose of firearms in the electronic bound book in accordance with ATF regulations.
• Disassemble and destroy firearms.
• Stay current with ATF compliance regulations.
• Perform inventory control.
• Assist with error reduction.
• Conduct internal audits.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Assist the compliance and fulfillment departments with order processing and records management.
