About The Position

The ATF Compliance Assistant supports the compliance and fulfillment departments with inventory control, order processing, and records management. The role involves handling firearms and maintaining compliance with ATF regulations. This is a first-shift position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with overtime as needed. Candidates who accept an offer must pass a background check and drug screen and meet ATF requirements for firearm possession. The stated pay is $18 per hour.

Requirements

• Able to lift 50 pounds.
• Comfortable handling firearms.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
• Must meet ATF requirements for firearm possession.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen after accepting an offer.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and dispose of firearms in the electronic bound book in accordance with ATF regulations.
• Disassemble and destroy firearms.
• Stay current with ATF compliance regulations.
• Perform inventory control.
• Assist with error reduction.
• Conduct internal audits.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
