About The Position
Tailwind Hospitality is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Jimmy Johns Associate to support day-to-day business operations at the CVG Airport location. The role helps deliver exceptional dining and retail experiences to travelers by providing friendly customer service, preparing and serving beverages, handling transactions, maintaining the coffee station, and replenishing inventory. Associates work with the team to keep the environment clean and organized and provide a strong customer experience.
Requirements
- Basic math skills.
- Customer service experience.
- Barista experience.
- Food service experience.
- Clear communication skills.
- Adaptability.
- Must be able to pass a TSA background check to receive an airport badge.
- Must have reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Handle cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Provide customer service, process orders, and address customer inquiries or concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
- Craft and serve coffee drinks and specialty beverages according to customer preferences.
- Operate coffee equipment and maintain a clean, organized coffee station.
- Stay updated on drink recipes and trends.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences.
- Restock and replenish product and inventory supplies.
- Work with the team to provide the best possible customer experience.
