About The Position

The Lane Bryant Associate creates a hospitable store environment through customer engagement and contributes to achieving Company goals. The role represents Lane Bryant through fashion and product knowledge, provides a welcoming experience, and integrates the OMNI experience. Associates support sales, service, and store operations while following company policies and applicable employment laws.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong sales or hospitality experience preferred, with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency and confidence using mobile technology, such as registers and iPads, to engage with customers.
• Frequently move or adjust store fixtures and merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds in all directions; occasionally move or adjust items weighing up to 50 pounds with assistance as available.
• Frequently retrieve merchandise stored or displayed above shoulder level, including climbing a ladder up to 12 feet; occasionally replace overhead lightbulbs or signs using a ladder up to 12 feet.
