About The Position

The Lane Bryant Associate creates a hospitable store environment through customer engagement that contributes to achieving Company goals. The role represents the brand through fashion and product knowledge, integrates the OMNI experience, and helps customers find products that suit their needs. Associates also support store operations, prioritize work around customer and business needs, protect company assets, and maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency and confidence using mobile technology, such as registers and iPads, to engage with customers.
• Frequently adjust or move store fixtures and merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds in all directions; occasionally move objects weighing up to 50 pounds with assistance as available.
• Frequently retrieve merchandise above shoulder level, which may require climbing a ladder up to 12 feet.
• Occasionally replace overhead lightbulbs or signs using a ladder up to 12 feet.
