About The Position

The Lane Bryant Associate creates a hospitable store environment through customer engagement, contributing to the achievement of company goals. The role involves building customer relationships, representing the brand and its products, integrating the OMNI experience, and supporting store operations. This is a regular part-time position at the Lakeline Plaza store in Cedar Park, Texas.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong sales or hospitality experience is preferred, with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency and confidence using mobile technology, such as registers and iPads, to engage with customers.
• Ability to frequently move or adjust store fixtures and merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds in all directions; may occasionally need to move objects weighing up to 50 pounds with assistance as available.
• Ability to frequently retrieve merchandise above shoulder level, which may involve climbing a ladder up to 12 feet; may occasionally replace overhead lightbulbs or signs using a ladder up to 12 feet.
