About The Position

The Lane Bryant Associate creates a hospitable store environment through customer engagement that contributes to the achievement of company goals. The role represents Lane Bryant through fashion and product knowledge, provides an integrated OMNI experience, and helps customers find products that support confidence and self-expression. Associates also support store operations, prioritize work according to customer and business needs, protect company assets, and maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements

• Strong sales or hospitality experience is preferred, with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency and confidence using mobile technology, such as registers and iPads, to engage with customers.
• Frequently move or adjust store fixtures and merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds in all directions; occasionally move or adjust items weighing up to 50 pounds with assistance as available.
• Frequently retrieve merchandise above shoulder level, which may involve climbing a ladder up to 12 feet.
• Occasionally replace overhead lightbulbs or signs using a ladder up to 12 feet.
