About The Position

The Lane Bryant Associate creates a hospitable store environment through customer engagement that contributes to company goals. The role represents the brand through fashion and product knowledge, integrates the OMNI experience, and supports store operations as needed. Associates create a warm and welcoming environment and use strong written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements

Strong sales or hospitality experience is preferred, with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Proficiency and confidence using mobile technology, such as registers and iPads, to engage with customers.
Frequently adjust or move store fixtures and merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds in all directions; occasionally move items weighing up to 50 pounds with assistance as available.
Frequently retrieve merchandise above shoulder level, potentially using a ladder up to 12 feet high.
Occasionally replace overhead lightbulbs or signs using a ladder up to 12 feet high.
